Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Myelin provides procedural memory infrastructure for AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our service stores interaction traces, extracts parameterized workflows from successful sessions, and surfaces proven procedures at runtime.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts, but each account must be used for a distinct purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Exceed rate limits or use the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

4. API Usage

Access to the Myelin API is governed by your API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. If you believe your keys have been compromised, revoke them immediately through your dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service, including session traces and workflow content. Myelin retains ownership of the service, including the workflow extraction pipeline, evaluation pipeline, and all software.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Myelin, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

7. Payment Terms

• Free tier: 50 sessions per month at no charge.
• Pro ($20/month): $20 per month for unlimited sessions. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime.
• Team (coming soon): Custom pricing for teams and organizations. Contact us for early access.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After that period, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Beta Services

Myelin is currently in beta. Beta features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We provide beta services “as is” without warranty of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myelin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
